Refund and Exchange Policy

In case you receive a product in damaged or defective condition and wish to return it, kindly contact our Customer Care team and Generate support ticket within 3 days of receiving the product. Please share your Order ID Number while reporting the issue.

Important Points to Note:

1. We do not accept returns of products that are fully or partially lost/damaged due to customer mishandling.

2. The refund policy is valid only for 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

The exchange or refund process will be initiated once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our Quality Check Team.

Once the goods are inspected and approved, we will send a confirmation to the customer regarding the status of their request through the contact details provided.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

Products must be in unused condition, with the original packaging and all included accessories.

Products purchased via e-commerce platforms or at our retail stores cannot be returned or exchanged at the other.
